I tried to set the alarm, but I couldn't. What should I do? If you attempt to arm the system, but an area shows "Active", you'll need to resolve the issue (e.g., close an open door, ask people to leave the area) and then attempt to arm the system again. I accidently set off the alarm in the buidling. Who do I call for assistance? From an office phone, dial Ext. 6866, or from your cell phone, call 480.237.6866 to reach the on-call security representative. The alarm monitoring company will be calling shortly, and the on-call representative will need to know that everything is fine and to not have the police dispatched. |
